My husband and I just experienced the worst manager ever. She was yelling loudly at employees in front of us. She was also cooking the food. Threw the trays of food for the employees to give to customers. You do not treat people in this manner (ever) and not in fri t of customers. Corporate will know about this.
Most nasty place I' ve been yet. 11 in the morning & toenail clips on the floor & food too...last 4 times was terrible. ..idk how they stay open...if it wasn't along interstate they would be closed...
Fries was old and chewy. Clams wasn't done. The dining room was very dirty. Costumers had to clean there own tables. Manager was rude and acted like it was no big deal. Spider webs in corners with spiders crawling. Trash setting in window. If health department came they'd have so many write ups. Need to get a manager that cares about being clean and with good customer service. Will never go back!
Great, friendly, fast service. There was a misunderstanding on our order (on our part) but they still made it right according to what we were confused on. Totally didn't have to do that, but they insisted!! All three employees greeted us and wished us a merry Christmas. So good to see this customer oriented service still exists. And the food was good, hot and crisp.
