So tonight we called up at 7:47 and asked the person who answered if their shake machines were working and they actually answered by saying "for now they are". ??? Really? So basically do not expect this Sonic to have shakes when they have the half priced shakes after 8pm. That's pretty bad.
Tried to rate with No stars. It would not let me. I want to rate with negative stars. This place only gets a star from me because you can not review without clicking on at least one star.
Pretty simple.
Have tried multiple times to get a half priced shake after 8pm like is advertised everywhere... and have yet to get a shake let alone a half priced one after 8pm because mysteriously every time we have ever come to this Sonic to get a half 6 shake their machines are not working. Wow.
Received the food promptly. That's wear a half star comes in.
We waited for quite a while to order.
Quick apology, no explanation, no offer to fix it.
Checked the order, two huge chicken sandwiches. Tots and drinks were correct, earning another half star.
#2 ketchup and mayo only, tots, cherry limeade
Called to let them know we got someone else's order.
#1 no mustard, tots, sweet tea
Our order on the screen was wrong compared to what we ordered.
Food was great and service was quick! Caitlin was our carhop and she was super friendly :) This store has came a long way since getting new management.
One star is generous. I will never go to this Sonic Drive In again.
Bag had no straws, no napkins, one packages of tots at the bottom smashed to potato slime on top of about 10 packs of ketchup, that's a conservative count.
Any time we have come here to eat ( which is not that often any more at all) the wait time has been really slow to order and to get food.
I truly don't mind the wait... Even their prices but when i get home & my food is wrong... Well speaks for it's self
You can do better. For the town size and the number of cars coming through, you have an opportunity to be good, really good. Take some pride and make it worth going to work. Service and products should be a reflection your personal character. You are all probably personally great people, so why not do great!?
Expect to wait a long time even during the slow hours. Staff doesn't listen well so majority of the time my food is made wrong (ex: no jalapenos, but the burrito had a ton in it). The wait time kills the experience for me. Hard to enjoy the food with other people crowded around all complaining about their late food too. But, on the rare day the service is at peak the experience is great.
