I am so impressed with this company. I am a single woman with limited funds. My air conditioner stopped working on Memorial Weekend. Thinking no one would come check it on a Holiday(or charge me double) I was roasting in 90 degree weather. I spoke with Mr.Pruitt on the phone(he was making service calls). He asked me to check the breaker to the unit. I did so and that was the problem. Thank God. Most company's wouldhave came out and charged me a t least a service call. Not knowing anything about anything, they really could have taken advantage of me. Not this wonderful man. I thank you so very much, sir. I will recommend you to everyone. Ms. Pam Murray.
