Not very helpful. Equipment worn out only worked half the time. Won't deal with them again.
More then once the equipment rented broke, depending on which owner you talk to depends on how service and professional they are.
Had issues with a drain snake no refund was offered. I was told they would order a new snake and in a week or so I would be able to re-rent it. Unhappy with that solution the owner reluctantly offered me the next size up snake. To my surprise when I returned the equipment I was charged for both snakes. The sign outside usually has a christian themed motto, so maybe practice what you preach?
Grand Rental Station is a great place for anything you need to rent. I have rented floor sanders, floor nailers, grass seeder, bobcats and more from Shawn. He has always been honest and easy to work with. Don't forget to get your car washed while you are there. You will not be disappointed. Grand Rental is a great business with a great owner and I will rent from Shawn again.
