The front desk staff should learn not to talk about other pet owners and their pets as if the people sitting in the waiting room can't overhear them. They were criticizing someone who wouldn't provide a service for their pet because they were too cheap. I know from personal experience that I've put off car repairs, house repairs, and even groceries just to pay for St Clair's ENORMOUS vet bills. So who knows what kind of sacrifice that person had made to provide for their pet only to be criticized by some stupid secretaries. I don't know if it was a violation of HIPAA laws but it was definitely UNPROFESSIONAL!
Awful. My little dog had Sergey and they let her comes home to early.
