Love Scottsburg Goodwill! They always have nice things, the store is so organized and the ppl working there are always so nice!
I found what I went in to find. Clean and organized.
Arrived at their location at 10 minutes till 9 store was supposed to open up at 9.
I saw three associate coming from the back of the store to take some trash out to the dumpster. About 5 after 9 I went to the front door to get in door was locked no Associates to be found left and took my business elsewhere

Southern indiana goodwills went under a new face lift and prices went up drastically. They no longer honor the punch card but do have another reward s system. They cut down on solid items and look to be focusing on clothes more.
THE MANAGERS ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDSSS! NO ONE SEEMS TO BE TRAINED. I HEAR THE MANAGERS YELL AT THE CASHIERS FOR KNOCKING ON THE OFFICE DOOR BECAUSE OF A RETURN OR TO ASK A QUESTION THEY SHOULD KNOW ( WHY THERE NEEDS TO BE TRAINING ) The cashiers keep the store clean and are pleasant. Managers are on the opposite side. Prices are still pretty stupid.
