I can't say enough about quality. I was evacuating Florida needed a place to stay they knew it, could charge me anything they felt like. But they were very honest and charge me the going rate. Beside that it was very clean very comfortable bed and very hospitable desk service
Do NOT stay at this hotel. Wanted to cancel right away due to poor reviews, but maintained my reservation because of the cheap rate. When I got there, the wait was long due to complications with people's reservations. Then, the room had dirty, hair-filled sheets! Thankfully, I received a full refund from the desk on complaint.
I didn't bother to try another room and checked in at the Holiday Inn Express.
I stopped in very late at night and was greeted promptly and politely. The room was clean and comfortable and the check-in and check-out processes were simple and quick. My only complaint would be that I could hear the guests in the room next door very clearly, but I was already awake when I noticed it so it didn't affect my overall stay.
Room was clean and comfortable. We just needed a spot to sleep for the night. The breakfast was rather lacking. There were 2 biscuits and 3 eggs and 4 of us looking at the options. Of course there was your standard cold food...just want very appetizing and who wants to be that one who takes the last item. We ended up just leaving.
Oh, and the attached restaurant/bar that many reviews mentioned? It was closed due to its roof having caved in a week or two prior!
On the other hand, the friend I was meeting there was placed in a handicapped room that was clean, with her only complaint being that the fridge did not work. She ended up staying the night.
Well ive been waiting for this...dont go there we did.. when your woman and you're out there on the road in a semi truck you want to take a bath sometimes don't ever ever go here I did with my husband I never got to take my bath!! They refunded some of my money $20 I just don't understand why people cannot clean a bathtub while there was blood running down the wall it look like somebody got killed in there there was hair everywhere and I have photos to prove it I hope this will let me go back far enough to get them now I only discovered this review app through Google so I'm doing all my reviews while I'm at home for the day before I go back out so when you're traveling watch where you stay and I'm a Choice Privilege member and this is what I got... the next morning they sent a man to clean the restroom and still didn't clean it he just wiped the blood off the wall we packed and left
