I would try to call the manger, but he didn't answer nor have a voicemail where I could leave a message. He also has yet to return my call.

Dryers rarely work, you must check to see if they are heating, then they OVERHEAT and shrink all your clothes. Even socks.
If you value your clothes and money, don't go. The washers take your money, then do not work. There is no one there, EVER, you will not get your money back.
Which brings me to my issue today.. come in, stick a 20 in the change machine, I receive $14... Okay, I note that. I put my clothes in one of the few washers that don't have notes that say out of order, two of the washers lock with my clothes inside. I had to manually reset the machine I used YouTube to figure it out. So I lost another $10 in washing machines that didn't work.
It's a bummer. Not worth the frustration.
I wish I could give negative stars or zero, but as we know I cannot. I'll start by saying this is not the first negative experience I have had with this laundry mat, but it's the only one open while I'm not at work, I am unfortunately at the mercy of this slum.
Fast forward to my drying experience. Lose about $1 in 4 machines that didn't heat. Then I had one dryer actually melt part of my sweater.
They owe me a new comforter or at least 15 dollars that has been lost in machines that will not work! Some of them even say "Junk" in them. Outrageous

Washers did not work and a dryer burnt my clothes, yes my close. Would no recommend to use at all.
I have been here many times to lose money in the washers that work, or the dryers that do not heat.
