Anybody that doesn't like using Generix LLC doesn't have a lick of sense. I have ordered more products off of generix than most people order off of anywhere, ever. I have only ever had one problem with them and that was when they sent me a doa (dead on arrival) which was a manufacturer defect and even then they took back the product and refunded my money. No BBB required or anything. I have ordered products, never paid extra for shipping and I have always received my product intact quickly
I recently purchased a few computer parts from GENERIX LLC. Within 48 hours, I received everything I ordered, and yet I didn't pay extra for quick shipping. Everything was packaged with care. The deals on the website are almost always better than the deals at amazon. Generix employees seem know what they are doing and always answered my questions quickly. I will continue to purchase computer parts from Generix for many more years to come.
Generix has yet to get my products here on the day they say it will be delivered. They always have gotten here earlier than originally planned! I've not had a single issue on any item so far, just ordered some more rugged cell phones from them for people at my small business (for my employees) and spent over $1500 in cell phones alone. They pack their products well, everything is in mint condition and every phone still has that new phone smell that makes you feel the urge to go buy more. However, since I mostly buy mostly strong & rugged phones, I probably won't need any more for a while... :disappointed:
Satisfied customer here! Got all my wires and cables through its online site, they delivered it right at my door. I looking for an HDMI splitter for my monitors and found them online. All the devices feel like they're for sale! Sure some are generic, but they work fine.
this is a great company I have been purchasing with them since .... I cant remember when at least 3 years ago. but since then I have had great experience after experience. I would even buy from them when they weren't the lowest price they are just that great
