I SAY AGAIN!
I go in to the store and wanted to send a package to a customer that bought my FIRST ITEM on ebay. I was so happy I made a sale I could just hug my girlfriend all day. Anyway, I needed it boxed up and sent off. I thought everything was good, but it wasn't leaving it in GOIN POSTAL'S hands.
Only giving one star so I can write this review but twice I have taken something hear to be embroidered and they told us they could have it done in a week and first time they hadn't even started on it a week later. It took 2 weeks to have a name put on a jacket. Then last week I dropped something off and they said it would be ready by today no problem. Go to pick it up they hadn't even started on it. Don't bring anything here if you want something embroidery.
I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DREAMS OF BEING A ENTREPRENEUR DOWN THE DEEP DIRTY DRAIN!
I received a message from the buyer saying there was some paint peeled off the collectible car and they wanted a FULL REFUND. THIS WAS BECAUSE THE GUY AT GOIN POSTAL STUCK TAPE ON THE CAR WHILE TRYING TO TAPE THE BUBBLE WRAP! THIS CAUSED THE PAINT TO PEEL RESULTING IN A CUSTOMER RETURN OF MY VERY FIRST SALE ON EBAY! I'M STILL VERY PISSED OFF AND JUST SO DOWN ABOUT THIS!
I just had them print some pages for my grandmother. I live in MS. Transaction completely on the phone and it was flawless! Great people to work with. Super nice. They go the extra mile!
Lastly, You try to ask a question about shipping and stuff like that, they barely know the answers. These people are just a mom and pop shop on the side of the road profiting of of people hard earned money.

I have given a 1 star and I will never recommend this god forsaken place to anyone in my life. Were do I begin with all the things that are wrong with this so called business. Lets begin.
A professional business you wouldn't expect in a town as small as Scottsburg. They are awesome!
Horrible customer service, very rude disrespectful people. I'd drive to Louisville before dealing with them again.
Also, not only did they damage my item, they OVER CHARGE LIKE GAS IN THE USA. I HAD TO PAY $3.27 for a 10x10x8 BOX and a ft of BUBBLE WRAP! You can get 25 boxes online for $15.00. You can get one at Walmart down the road for less than a buck.
