If I could give zero star I would. We went thru the "soft touch" car wash and it broke my windshield wiper. No I didn't have them turned on they were exactly where they should be. I understand things happen but when they do you fix them. The answer we got however was "Yea that happens sometimes you should have gone thru the touchless then that can't happen". Owner would not replace my broken wiper. Will not be coming back here!
broke my side mirror and now they dont want to pick up the phone to talk to me.
Woul be better if the dryer acutely worked right.

Absolutely the worst car wash ever!! Didn't come close to getting it clean and beat the crap out of my vehicle. Don't go here!!
