They are an honest business that does a good job.
Piss poor excuse of mechanics, my car still wasn't fixed, sounded a lot worse when it came out and after they were done with the car they gave us the price then when we picked the car up they up'd the price without telling us. Trust and believe this place will be getting sued. Small town ppl who are rude as hell.
Wish I could give them less than a star. This place will rip you off ! Called them to have my semi pulled out of from side of the road . I made the call at 10:09 and was given a 30 mins ETA , at 10:40 nobody showed up so I called again and they said guy just left and is on his way. He came after 11 , after looking at my truck he said he needed his boss to come with another tow truck . So to make a long story short after less than 3 hrs they managed to pull the truck out and charged me $3200 !! The arrogant owner said that he " cutted me a slack " by charging me that much ! They charged me for 4.75 hrs with 2 tow trucks and extra for the 3rd man ! Knowing that I ddnt have a choice I paid them but believe I will sue these folks , I wonder how they managed to stay in business! Stay away at all cost !
No communication so no service! I called the night before to make sure I had a wrecker to take my pick up to the garage to put a new starter on it. They said right after they opened they would be here. I sat her all day waiting no one showed. First when they were not here by 10 AM I called to see what the hold up was. They said they got busy and didn't show. Again NO PHONE CALL....but they said right after lunch so again I waited.. AGAIN NO CALL finally called them at 2:10 PM and they said MAYBE by 5 or 6. I wasted an entire day on these people and my business didn't even rate a phone call. So much for service! Never again. Used them once and made sure I tipped the driver. HERE IS A TIP....DON"T use this company. Their customers don't matter to them at all.
Goodin's has always been good to us, they run a business and they can't do things for free. I took my nephew down to get his car out of impound, he didn't have quite enough to pay it all and Greg knocked off some of the fee to help a little. They are small town people nice and polite,doing small town business in a good way. Like I said they can't do things for free, who would expect them to?
