The worst. We called because the door would not go down on the UHaul and we were treated like we didn't know what we were doing on the phone. The owner asked if we even knew what certain parts were on the truck and all we wanted to know is if it ever happened to anyone else. He gave us the "scheduling" number for the UHaul road side assistance and acted like we were bothering him.
Willing to work with you, good place to get a rental car.
This situation could have turned out differently if it started with a little more empathy and a little less snobbish and rudeness. I am a firm believer that everyone has a choice in their actions, and this company's choice today was to treat their customer with disrespect.
