I had terrible service at the Scottsburg Wal-Mart today. First, it took about ten minutes for the lady to find the cake. She kept asking if it was under a different name. Finally, she realized it was on the counter in front of her face when she was talking to me. She said that she should have known it was there because the other lady had just finished the cake a second time. She handed the cake over it looked fine so I preceded to go check out at register 3. At check out I was getting my card ready to pay for the cake when the cashier said: "That you need to walk your little butt back to the bakery and get a price for this cake because I don't know how you think I'm supposed to scan this cake." She refused to help and call the bakery to get the price. She was very rude and nasty. She even told me to go to self checkout because she said that she wouldn't check me out again. I went back to the bakery to get the price. A different lady was there who took another ten minutes to figure out the price of the cake. About a half an hour later I was finally able to check out and leave and when we cut the cake we found out it was still made wrong even though she made it twice. Would not recommend this bakery to anyone or to use anything other than the self check out.
